Well, I'm in the middle of choosing if I want to quit my science program, Spark, or start my acting classes in January doing it for four months. The acting classes are only on Saturdays, and I miss it there and I love it there. I know this because I went there this summer. I wanted to get started this month, but I had a chance to join Spark and Spark is free, and Freedom Theater is NOT cheap! It makes a serious dent! So I really don't know, I'm going to need to think about this for a long time, or at least before this Saturday.

ReplyDeleteI think it's really great that your thinking about the costs of the program. It is important not to have your parents waste money on something where you might miss part of the program and not get everything out of it you could.
BUT, EVEN MORE IMPORTANTLY, i'm listening to you say you "had a chance to join Spark." Don't forget what an HONOR that is. Not everykid was asked to join Spark, but they chose YOU! Now you're learning stuff you've not had a chance to before. You're expanding your education in a way you can't at school. You're expanding your MIND! I think THAT is an AWESOME opportunity and in a way, Spark is a gift to you.
